Monday-
Breakfast:  smoothie (peach, strawberry, pineapple, OJ)
Lunch: tuna salad & sliced tomato
Supper: spaghetti & meatballs, salad
Snacks: corn chips & guacamole, fruit

Tuesday-

Breakfast: smoothie (kale, blueberry, pineapple)
Lunch: tuna salad & sliced tomato
Supper: taco salad & Spanish rice & Josi’s Avocado Sauce
Snack: guacamole & red pepper, fruit

Wednesday-

Breakfast: eggs & chorizo
Lunch: tuna salad & sliced tomato
Supper: Italian Baked Chicken and Pastina subbing Amie-friendly pasta, using lactose free parmesan, eliminating mozzarella, using gf bread crumbs
Snack: corn chips & guacamole, fruit

Thursday-

Breakfast: eggs & chorizo
Lunch: salad & grilled chicken
Supper: chicken sandwiches with sweet potato buns and fixins
Snack: kachumber salad, fruit

Friday-

Breakfast: smoothie (peach, strawberry, OJ, pineapple)
Lunch: salad & grilled chicken
Supper: out to eat downtown Palo Alto
Snack: kachumber salad, fruit

Saturday-

Breakfast: eggs & chorizo
Lunch: out to eat then go to the grocery store!
Supper: Ranch Pork Chops & Potatoes with a few edits & salad
Snack: hummus & gf crackers, fruit

Sunday-

Breakfast: eggs & chorizo
Lunch: Hummus & Salsa Stuffed Jalapenos
Supper: Paella
Snack: hummus & gf crackers, fruit

If I’m feeling ambitious, I will try to make a loaf of gf bread, recipe here.  For dessert, I might try these gf Hostess cupcakes knock-offs.
